INGREDIENTS

Makes 15 delicious cookies

  • 50 g dried figs
  • 50 g dried prunes
  • 50 g dried apricot
  • 30 g raisins
  • 15 g ground flaxseed
  • 15 g pumpkin seed
  • 15 g sunflower seed
  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients into a food processor
  2. Process until the mixture is combined, sticky and soft
  3. Line a tray with baking paper
  4. Portion 20 g cookies onto the tray
  5. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes in a low 160 C oven until just set, but still soft
  6. Cool on the tray and store in an airtight container
  7. Enjoy with your favorite tea
