Chronic insomnia in the setting of MTHFR polymorphism

We present a patient with chronic insomnia resistant to traditional pharmacologic (e.g., sedative-hypnotics) and nonpharmacologic (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia; CBT-I) therapy.
