• ½ avocado, pit removed
  • 2 slices whole grain bread or gluten free
  • Spinach leaves
  • Sliced turkey
  • Sliced red onion
  • Fresh lemon juice


Remove avocado flesh from avocado half; spread on one side of each slice of bread. Top 1 slice with spinach, turkey and onion; drizzle with lemon juice. Cover with the remaining slice of bread, avocado side down. Enjoy!
