Ingredients:

  • 8-12 oz. brewed coffee
  • 1 tsp. – 2 Tbsp. Brain Octane oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. grass-fed, unsalted butter or 1-2 tsp. Grass-Fed Ghee
  • 1-2 scoops Bulletproof InnerFuel Prebiotic
  • 1-2 scoops Bulletproof Collagen Protein

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until frothy
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy the whole-body goodness
