Carrie Bailey
Carrie Bailey, CHHC, FNLP
Carrie believes the body can heal itself given the right nutrition and care. What people don’t realize is that only through knowing your genetics can you prioritize your own well-being. The world is telling you to eat this food or follow that diet, but your genes may be saying no.
Carrie’s health challenges began as a kid. She struggled with allergies, recurring strep throat, constipation, and kidney stones. Her struggles continued into adulthood with fatigue, back pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and infertility. In search of answers, she threw her time and attention into self-healing.
After fulfilling her lifelong dream to become a mom, she stepped away from her corporate career as a Business Systems Analyst to pursue a career in Functional Nutrition.
As a Certified Functional Nutritionist, Carrie brings more than a decade of wisdom, knowledge, and experience to helping people recover from chronic and complex illnesses.
Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, fatigue, infertility, and digestive disorders. She is well versed in the common causes of chronic and mental health conditions such as mold, environmental toxin exposure, gut infections, autoimmune disorders, viruses, oxalate intolerances, and histamine intolerances. She combines this knowledge with a deep understanding of neurotransmitter pathways and nutrient deficiencies to resolve long-standing mental health issues (ADHD, OCD, bipolar, anxiety, depression, etc.).
She creates a genetically personalized plan to transform your health that includes diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. She works in therapeutic partnership to educate, inspire, and coach patients on the journey to optimal health.
