APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are available either in-person, online/over the phone using Go-To-Meeting. If you are concerned about which appointment is suitable for you, please contact our Reception team on (02) 9908 1888.

Initial Appointments
Run for 90 minutes and a 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

Fertility Appointment
Initial appointments run for 2 hours and a 30% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

Follow-up Appointments
Range from 30-60 minutes, your practitioner will decide which is necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be able to change/cancel this appointment up until 48 hours prior (2 business days, weekends are not included). After this time you will be required to pay for the full cost of the appointment.

WAITLIST

If you would like to see a practitioner in the future or cannot book for the time/day you want, kindly put your name on the waitlist. Please sign up on the Wait List. We will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.
